RETURN POLICY

Non-Offer Products

2. For Return (damaged products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new ones but for this unboxing video is a must.
3. For Return (non-damaged products), you may return the parcel to us at ADDRESS - C-42 , Vishal enclave , Rajouri garden , Delhi - 110027, India. within 7 days, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.

Offer Products
1. There is no return and refund policy on offer products. we replace only damaged products with the same design on producing of unboxing video.

REFUND POLICY
In case of a refund, we generate coupon codes/gift cards against the value of products for future purchases.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instances of items getting damaged in transit, please get in touch with us via email at soovbylavanya@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8750669734 within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
